Can you get alcohol delivered with Instacart?
Ordering alcohol
Instacart delivers alcohol for select retailers and markets. You can check availability in your area with the Instacart app or website. Customers must be 21 or older to order alcohol items and provide an approved photo ID showing their birthdate at delivery.
Why can’t Instacart deliver alcohol?
If you do not present your ID, are not present, or are visibly intoxicated, alcohol will not be delivered.
Did Instacart stop delivering alcohol from Costco?
At the moment, Instacart does not currently accept Costco Beer, Wine & Spirits gift cards as a form of payment.
Why are there no delivery times on Instacart?
When the Instacart app says no delivery times available, it means there are no shoppers currently available to take and deliver your orders. They would rather tell you no than take your order knowing it would not be handled promptly. In effect, the system is overwhelmed!
